I have noticed a lot of drag marks in the parking lot from dragging trailers without the brakes being fully released. It might take a few minutes to air a trailer that has been sitting for a while.
If you have an issue with your brakes not rolling freely, get a mechanic to help. Do not drag the trailer the shop, that could result in ruining tires which is very costly.
