A few people told us they started putting money into their 401(k) after reading our last blog post. That’s awesome! Way to take a smart step toward your future.
Here’s more good news: as of November 1st, our 401(k) plan is up 12.17% this year. That means the money you’ve been putting in is growing — and fast. A 12% return is a big deal! Most years, people hope for 7–8%, so this is well above average. That means your retirement savings are working hard while you keep working hard.
If you haven’t joined yet, remember: after one year with the company, we’ll match up to 3.25%. That’s free money! And since it’s post-tax, you won’t notice much change in your paycheck — but your future self will thank you.
