I want to take a minute to say thank you to everyone who stepped up while I was on vacation last week.
This place does not run itself, and I know anytime someone is gone, it puts pressure on the rest of the team. A lot of you carried extra weight, and I noticed it.
Thank you to George, Troy, and Chelsey for keeping things moving and handling what needed to be handled without drama.
Thank you to all the drivers for doing your jobs, staying professional, and keeping freight moving like you always do.
And a special thank you to Vince, who really stepped up. Taking early morning calls, late night calls, and helping dispatch trucks is not easy work. He didn’t complain, he just handled it.
Because of all of you, I was able to unplug for a bit and spend time with my family. That matters more than you probably know.
I appreciate every one of you. This team showed up, and that says a lot.
