Here’s something different for today.
A while back, I shared the MBTI personality test. That one helps explain how you work — how you think, how you handle stress, how you solve problems, and how you deal with people. A lot of drivers and crew members took it, and many of the results matched what we already knew about ourselves.
But there’s another test that goes deeper. It doesn’t tell you how you operate. It tells you why you operate the way you do.
It’s called the Enneagram.
It’s not perfect. It’s not a scientific breakthrough. But it’s been surprisingly accurate for a lot of people, including me. It helped me understand why I do the things I do.
For anyone curious, my Enneagram is 6w7. That basically means I’m wired to be responsible, protective, steady, and focused on taking care of people and keeping things running right. A lot of you will relate to that.
If you want to check out both tests, here are the links:

Enneagram (“why you work and react the way you do”):

Each one takes a few minutes, and you might be surprised at how accurate they are.
If you take them and want help understanding your results, you can ask Ryan. Sometimes knowing your “why” makes the day-to-day a little clearer.
