Quick update for everyone who volunteered or was thinking about helping with the coast haul.
The Brookings/Samoa coast run has been canceled by the customer. This was their call, not ours. We were ready to go and had everything lined up, but sometimes plans change on their end and we just have to roll with it.
That said, we will be looking for a couple drivers this summer to haul to the coast on a different, normal logging run. It won’t be the same job, but it will still be a steady coast haul for the warmer months. We’ll share details once we get closer and know the schedule.
Thanks to the guys who stepped up and were willing to take this run. We appreciate the flexibility and the willingness to help when these opportunities come up.
