I was recently asked why, if we need drivers, do we not offer a hiring bonus?
My thoughts are a little different then other owners and leaders from out competition.
I would rather give that money to people who are here earning it as opposed to someone just joining.
That’s why I offer you $1,000 in half the time that others offer to join them, just to get someone to join us.
I do not believe in paying someone a couple thousand dollars to come do exactly what you are already doing for us anyway.
