This week we have several trucks that need drivers:
76, 77, 82, 55, 106, and 103
We are looking for experienced drivers, and we could use your help.
If you know good drivers, talk to them. If you meet someone solid, send them our way. You guys are our best recruiting tool. People trust drivers more than anything we can put out.
Now for the “incentive” (don’t get too excited):
If one employee somehow fills all these trucks with experienced drivers in the next two months, we’ll reward you with a two-week, all-expenses-paid European cruise…
…with your choice of Taylor Swift or Sydney Sweeney as your roommate.
Only catch: the new hires have to agree to work 24 months with no pay.
(So yeah… not likely.)
In all seriousness, we do have a $1,000 recruiting bonus program in place. If you refer a qualified driver who comes to work for us, you’ll earn a bonus.
We really do need to get these trucks filled. The more trucks we have running, the better it is for everyone.
