It looks as though Chelsey has gathered up several new log truck drivers to put in those empty trucks. That is awesome. The company really needs those running.
I ask you all, as current company drivers to come together, as a team, and welcome the newbies and help them grow and learn the Martin way. Make new friends along the way.
When a company owns 65 trucks and 10 are parked it is tough to pay the overhead needed to have 65. This will be a great start.
Here in management. We are Hell bent on making this the best outfit to drive for in southern Oregon. If we get our way. You all will be the beneficiaries.
