We received the end-of-year 401(k) statements, and I’ll be handing them out to drivers as I see you over the next few days.
Take a few minutes to actually look at your statement when you get it. Don’t just fold it up and throw it in the truck. It’s important to know what you have saved and how your account is doing.
Also, a reminder — if you have been employed here for one year, you are eligible for our 401(k) program. We also match up to 3.25%, which means if you contribute, the company contributes too. That’s free money going into your retirement.
Even small amounts add up over time, especially with the company match and investment growth.
