If you are not aware yet, we have a new customer, South Coast Lumber Co. We are moving lumber and plywood between three of their locations. SCL sawmill, Pacific Wood Laminates, and Merlin Reload.
We have been transporting our new customers freight for two weeks. Unfortunately in that short time we have damaged a door, had a couple of load shifts, and rubbed a tire against and breaking a small piece of concrete block supporting a Fall Protection Station at the Merlin facility.
Part of the issues may stem from the change in traffic flow going in and out of the property, getting used to transporting new materials and maybe being in a hurry.
That being said, please continue to demonstrate your professional attitude. Be aware of your surroundings, keep safety for you and every one you come in contact with your highest priority. You are the faces of this company, represent it well.
