As a vaccine rolls out for this Covid 19 virus, I get angry. They say its going to first responders, elderly folks in homes, and to the inmates before all others. I get their thinking, but what about the very first responders?
How do those doctors and nurses get the stuff. Does it appear out of nowhere? No, truck drivers bring it. Just like your food and toilet paper. Everything is brought to your stores by truck drivers.
When I was in the 6th grade, we wrote an essay on what we thought the most important job in the world was. I wrote mine about truck drivers. My dad was a lifelong truck driver, and I could see the importance of them back then, and 2020 has proved it over and over again.
I, to this day, still feel trucking is what keeps the world moving and I’m proud of all you guys.
Thank you to each and every one of you for keeping things rolling.
