COMPLACENCY is one of the greatest issues when we hit Stationary Objects.
I have multiple pictures of incidents, from stop signs, delineators, parked vehicles, dumpsters, buildings, on & on.
There is NO REASON to hit something that does not- or can not move.
The pictures here suggest a driver did not plan far enough ahead to make the turn to the rainbow wash.
They nearly drove into the catch basin.
