Please help us be good neighbors. Do not use your jake brake when coming into the yard or while on Merry Lane. Maintain a yard speed of 5mph or less to keep dust and noise down. When leaving the yard, during the dark of night, don’t turn your headlights on until you are on Merry Lane. Same rules will apply to your personal vehicle. Help us be good neighbors by doing your part. Also, please help control dust by keeping your yard speed down to 5 mph or less. For those who have a hard time, limit yourself to 3rd gear.
