One of my biggest concerns with new log truck drivers is load weights. We must maintain good, fair weights for our customers. If you are new and need help, ask someone for help. Do not be afraid or embarrassed. Everyone was new at one point.
If you are a veteran of the company, and you see a new driver, please ask them if there is anything you can do to help. Perhaps loading up to weight, brake adjustments, or tricks of the trade.
