I casually spoke to Joe Fisher one time about something I noticed. I said “Joe, why is it some drivers like so and so, never call the shop with blown tires or flat tires?” He looked up, smiled and said “every time that driver starts their shift they check their tires. Every time they do a load check they check their tires. Every time they pull into the fuel island to finish their day, you can see them check their tires. You will see they will write up their tread is separating, or their tread depth is getting low. They always check their tires and it prevents most all of their tire issues before they happen on the road.”
I can absolutely see that. Some driver just have very little tire issues. Because they are always looking at and checking their tires. Follow their lead. Check your tires multiple times a day. It will save you time, and us time.
Thank you!
