Time once again for me to remind you or maybe teach a new guy a thing or two.
The majority of wear and tear on a truck is during warm up. There is a way to minimize the damage to your equipment.
When you get here. Do your pre trip inspection. Remember you have no idea if your coolant is all in your oil pan or not. Check both every day.
After your pre-trip is completed. Fire your truck up and let it run not for long. Just enough to build up air and get things loosened up.
Then roll out slowly. Ease it down the road letting the oil in all your gears warm up. This will warm your engine up quicker so as not to extend the warm up damage. Ease it until your gauges all show that you’re coming up to temp.
This will make your engine and your differential last longer and you will have less down time in the long run. Less time leaving your truck here and driving #34!!!!!!
