We had a driver hit a loggers truck yesterday and decided to let his dispatcher know later rather then as soon as possible. This is a polite but FIRM reminder. No matter how small or bug of an accident you have in an FV Martin piece of equipment you MUST tell your dispatcher and safety director at the time of the accident. We understand that there may be “cell Service” issues but as soon as you get back to service the chain of command MUST know what happened. On top of that we need to make sure we are getting as many pictures as possible, insurance information and a point of contact for the individual/individuals involved in said accident. No matter how big or small these MUST be taken serious. You are a direct reflection of the company!!
