I know this is not work related but it is kind of cool.
I have been a season ticket holder for the Oregon Duck Football program since 1996. During that time, we have made it to two national championship games. Lots of big-time games. But this Saturday night on NBC the AP number 3 Ducks host the number 2 Ohio State Buckeyes. This will be the first time since Autzen Stadium was built that two top five teams have met for a game there.
The biggest college football pregame show ESPN’s Gameday will broadcast live from U of O campus at 6:00 am. The Heisman house traveling showcase will be there. It is a big deal in the college football year.
I will be there and try to help Autzen stadium be the loudest it can be. Ohio State plays in a stadium that holds over 100,000 fans. Autzen hold 60,000, but we are going to show them what great fans the Ducks have.
This is the game of the year. Help me cheer on the Ducks from where ever you may be.
