Please try as hard as you can to remember DAILY to input your fuel into your EROAD unit. The fuel needs to be entered to the exact gallons and needs to be right after you fuel. The EROAD unit keeps track of where you got your fuel, when you got the fuel and then relies on you to enter how much fuel you put in. If you don’t input your gallons on a daily basis, then I have to. It is way more work for me to enter your fuel than it is you. Please try your hardest to input every time you fuel. If for some reason you don’t know how to enter your fuel, come to the office and we can show you or ask another driver to help you.
