Quick reminder for everyone on eRoad.
When you fuel up, enter your fuel right there at the pump. Don’t wait. Don’t drive 20 or 30 miles down the road and enter it later. If you miss it, do not enter it at all.
Here’s why:
When entries get put in at the wrong location, it creates bad data and we have to go in and fix it manually. It slows everything down and takes a lot more time than it should.
So the rule is simple:

Fuel up → enter it right then.

If you forget → leave it blank.

Please try your hardest not to forget.
We’re not trying to make things difficult. We just need clean, accurate entries so the system stays correct and we don’t have to hunt things down by hand.
