The management teams, here at all three companies, are trying our best to make this the best place to work in southern Oregon, within the transportation field.
We must walk the fine line between giving more money to our employees or and updating some old equipment.
As you all know environmental causes help us with that as well. Every year we have to meet minimums in newer trucks to replace some elderly ones. On this, we have no choice.
Insurance rates go up faster than haul rates. By working and driving safe you all can help in this regard.
What we need to know is some OTHER ideas besides handing out money we can do to make you all love working here.
If you have an idea, come sit down and talk to either myself or any manager. If you don’t want us to know who suggested it. Write it down or type it up and drop it in paperwork slot. We would love to hear or read all ideas.
Our goal is to make you all so happy to work here that drivers and mechanics from other companies are jealous of you guys.
