Hydration

As we move forward into spring, its time to remember to keep a extra water with you.

Seems crazy to already be discussing about hydration, going from snow and ice to 80-plus degrees, but we do live in the great northwest.

Did you know that by the time you feel thirsty, you’re already dehydrated? Thirst is the body’s warning sign, not a reminder to start drinking. Proper hydration isn’t just about quenching thirst, it increases energy, keeps you focused, and keeps you moving.

Stay hydrated, stay healthy.
