You should be getting your insurance cards in the mail soon, if you have not already. If you have not received your cards and have appointments coming up, call or come in the office and we can get you information needed at your appointment. You can also give us the name of your medical/dental/vision office and the date of your appointment and we can have the insurance company confirm with them that you have coverage.
