Open enrollment for insurance is June 1 2023. We have our insurance Rep in the drivers room to discuss insurance changes this Friday April 28 2023 from 12pm-5pm. It is a requirement that all employees come in and get new forms even if you are not making any changes. There are new rate sheets that need to be signed. Once you get your new insurance forms, please get them turned in asap. These changes have to be submitted before May 15 2023 for them to process and show you covered by June 1 2023.
