It is getting close to insurance renewal time. Please make sure you give your self enough time on THURSDAY MAY 2nd 2024 to collect insurance forms. If you have questions, our insurance rep as well as our Aflac rep will be here to answer them. It is company policy that ALL INSURANCE FORMS are turned in by May 10 2024. This includes waivers. If your forms are not turned in by the 10th, your dispatcher will not be putting you on their schedule to work until your forms are turned in. We are required to get the forms turned in so that coverage can begin promptly on June 1 2024.
