It doesn’t hurt to help.

If you pull into a mill or a landing and there’s a truck ahead of you, use that time wisely. Get your gear ready so you’re set to go when it’s your turn. Then, step out and lend a hand—help them wrap up or strap their load down.

It doesn’t take much effort, and it keeps things moving efficiently for everyone.

Teamwork benefits all of us, and one day, that same courtesy will come back your way.

Sitting in your truck while others work makes you look lazy and like a bad co-worker. Don’t be that person.
