Recently, we have delivered loads to the wrong destination, we have signed a BOL that wasn’t our load, we have loaded the wrong load, we have delivered product without getting signatures, and we have delivered product and lost the BOL’s between delivery and the office.
We all get in a hurry, it’s the last thing we have to do before we go trucking, take a moment, look at what you are signing. It can alleviate several issues at delivery and or later.
