This is a friendly reminder about a policy we need to spread around. We have several new guys with little experience. There has been a couple of incidents that we failed to do what is best for the company and we need to fix it.
When we have a mishap, run over something or hit and damage something. We, (your manager) needs to know right away. That way we can call the customer or whoever’s property we damaged and tell them. It looks much better on you and our company if we fess up and take responsibility right away, rather than them call us and we are surprised. We want to show our concern for them and their property by being forth coming first.
We know we are going to have boo boo’s. We want to minimize them and take care of them right away.
