We want to take a moment to share a change in leadership within our maintenance department.
Lance Cooper has made the decision to step down from his role as Maintenance Supervisor. While Lance is stepping out of the supervisor role, we’re grateful that he’s staying on the team as a day shift mechanic — a position where his skills and experience continue to be a major asset to our operation.
Taking his place, we’re excited to announce that Phil Scott will be stepping into the role of Maintenance Supervisor. Phil brings energy, mechanical expertise, and a problem-solving mindset that will help move the department forward.
We want to thank Lance for his time, leadership, and commitment during his tenure as supervisor — and we appreciate his continued dedication to the team.
