This company does something we can all be proud of. We have an Accident Review Board. What this board does is reviewing each accident over a certain dollar value and determines the preventability and severity of each accident. This board is made up of peers and management to evaluate the accident fairly. It will determine the points to remove from that driver on the company point system.
We keep records of these reviews and our insurance loves them. If you would like to be on this board occasionally. Please contact your supervisor.
