When you have equipment on the truck that needs to be swapped out or repaired please take it to the shop. You can speak with Phil or Lance, but any shop personnel can assist you.
If you find that your chains are in need of repair. Place them on the cat walk, write it up on your DVIR noting where you placed them and turn it into the box. When the repair is complete, the mechanic will place the chains back on the cat walk and sign off the DVIR book.
