This week is National Truck Driver Appreciation Week, and we want to take a moment to thank all of our drivers for what you do.
As a company, we appreciate you. You are the ones who keep our trucks moving, take care of our customers, and ultimately make it possible for the rest of us to do our jobs.
But truck driver appreciation goes far beyond F V Martin.
As a society, nearly everything we use depends on a truck driver somewhere along the way. The food in our stores, the lumber used to build our homes, the fuel in our vehicles, the medicine in our pharmacies, and the products delivered to our doors all had to get there somehow.
Most people probably don’t think about the truck driver behind those things. They just expect the shelves to be stocked and the products to be there when they need them.
Without truck drivers, modern life simply wouldn’t work.
So, to our drivers and all the other professional drivers out there keeping this country moving: Thank you.
We appreciate the early mornings, long days, time away from home, and responsibility that comes with doing your job safely every day.
