It is extremely important to make sure that all of your personal information that the company has on you is updated as often as it is changed. If you get a new address, notify us right away. If you get a new phone number, notify us right away. We are also asking that every employee come into the office and confirm the social security number that we have on file for you. The state has notified us that we have the incorrect social security number for one of our employees but doesn’t tell us which employee it is. We are asking that you come in the office with a mask on and confirm on the computer that we have your information correct. Please do this asap so that we can file your W2 with the government and not have it declined due to incorrect social security numbers.
