It’s time for me to pull annual driving records for those who drive a company vehicle. This is also the time when I learn about the traffic citations no one mentioned because “it happened in my personal vehicle”.
Here’s a reminder that if you receive a traffic citation or are in a vehicle crash, even if it’s in your personal vehicle. Commercial drivers are required by law to notify your employer within 30 days.
