We would like to remind everyone that when the dispatchers are on vacation or absent for a day or more, the assistants and backups are running the show. Please show them the upmost respect. Even if you may not like their decision, or where you are dispatched to, they are making the best judgement based on the information provided. I want to remind everyone that the backup dispatchers are the boss and we need to follow their dispatches even if it is something out of your normal.
