Just a quick reminder for all log truck drivers:
When changing trucks during the day, please fill out a separate timesheet page for each truck used. Do not combine multiple trucks onto one page.
If you use:
- 2 trucks = 2 pages
- 3 trucks = 3 pages
- 4 trucks = 4 pages
This helps keep all work and hours properly matched to the correct truck.
For local drivers, please do not forget to put your BOL number on your hand ticket. When the office is going through paperwork, they need to make sure everything lines up correctly. Having the BOL number on the hand ticket makes it much easier to match paperwork together and keep things organized.
