Please remember to input all fuel into EROAD. It is extremely important to input outside fuel and yard fuel into EROAD right after you fuel. Please do not enter your fuel later in the day if you forget, EROAD records the date/time/gps location. Ask the office to input your fueling if you forgot. If you forget and input later, it could mess with fuel that belong to a different state. That will mess up how and who we pay and we can be fined for recording improperly. If you don’t know how to input fuel into EROAD, come into the office and ask ANYONE to help you. Sometimes we forget and that is understandable, but it can not be asked enough that you try your hardest to remember to ENTER ALL FUEL INTO EROAD.
