There are everyday hero’s that we seldom hear about. We happen to have one that drives Log Truck #55, his name is James DeBruler. He was working one day when 2 motorcycles passed him and moments later, he came across a terrible motorcycle accident. James didn’t hesitate to safely pull off the road to help. Assisting the motorcyclist with first aid, by applying a tourniquet, using his jacket, belt and his winch bar. The CHP arrived called life flight and the man was transported to the hospital unfortunately the motorcyclist lost his leg and arm. We understand he is recovering from his injuries and he is still alive. Selfless, actions like this incident, are one of the benchmarks of being a Professional Driver and a good human being!
