I want to remind everyone that they are on the list for random urine analysis required from DOT. Before you make a bad decision about putting something in your body, remember that your job is on the line. Not only here at FVM, but your career. USDOT has a clearinghouse that your name is put into a database if you test positive for a banned substance. Please do not resort to a substance if you cannot sleep or you are feeling down. We would rather have you take a day off to be safe, than risk your career.
