It is that time of year where we want to emphasize how important it is to stay hydrated. The weather is warming up and everyone is working very hard outside. We don’t want you putting your body at risk by being dehydrated. Try to remember to bring water with you to work every day. PLEASE, do yourself a favor and avoid heat exhaustion or possible heat stroke by DRINKING LOTS OF WATER. Did you know that health experts suggest drinking on average 2-3 liters of water a day! How many of you can say you actually meet those standards? If you don’t, try to make it a goal and work your hardest to keep up on water intake and stay hydrated. Not just during the warmer weather, make it a permanent daily goal.
