I dispatched the log trucks here for 28+ years. Every now and then I would double book a truck or leave one off the board by mistake. It is easy to do.
Keep in mind, the rule is “if you can’t do what’s on the board or you think there might be a mistake. Call dispatch to verify”. We are all humans.
Ryan is new at this and will also make mistakes. It is in the company’s best interest as well as yours for all to work together to make as few as possible.
