Reminder it is company policy to wear hi-vis at all times when on the clock. That goes for here in the yard and at the mills or landings. We must also have our hard hats on while we are throwing straps or binders. This goes for when we are being unloaded or loaded as well. Not only is this company policy but this is the mills policy as well. We have had quiet a few complaints as well as management doing observations while out and about. This is to help protect you and others!!!!
