Chelsey has brought “Rolling Stops” to our attention recently. If you don’t know, a rolling stop is a traffic violation where a driver slows down at a stop sign or red light but does not bring the vehicle to a complete stop. While common, this practice is actually illegal in all 50 states and significantly increases the risk of accidents.
