The law requires and Management agrees, we need to have safety meetings with our employees once a month. These will be impromptu meetings and may be in the driver’s room, in the shop, at mills or in the woods.
Just a quick meeting for you to point out things you see that need our attention or an ideal way to get safety news to you. If you are available and see one gathering. Please join in.
I have instructed the safety dept that these must happen monthly with notes taken and kept on file.
