The last couple of weeks, we seem to have lost sight of our safety habits. We’ve hit an elk, had a car run a stop sign right in front of us, laid a new truck over, and torn down a bright yellow gate. This is not a good run.
We need you all to get back on the safety train and ride with us. Please look and plan ahead. Watch what’s in front of you and what’s in your mirrors. If there’s a bright yellow, stationary object your trailer is about to hit… STOP BEFORE YOU HIT IT!
We had been doing well. Let’s regroup and start a new good run.
Also, remember that Brake Safety Week is August 23–29, 2026. Make sure your brakes are in good working order before then—and every day.
