If you were doing your job and driving down I-5 minding your own business and someone walked by you. Would you pull over and just BS with them for 10-15 minutes?
That is exactly the same as you walking out in the shop and shooting the breeze with our mechanics. They are doing a job and you are distracting them.
I get that every now and then you have something going on with your equipment that is hard to describe and it is easier to explain in person. But that is not the distraction I am talking about. Please think about it and let them do their job.
Write up you issues and if they don’t get fixed see Joe Fisher or your immediate supervisor.
