Running a business is a vicious circle. Of course, my intent with owning my own business is just like all other owners. Make a good living and take care of my family in the future. Your reason for working anywhere, is probably similar, in the fact you want to support your family as well.
In order for all to be happy we need to avoid the circle. I’m trying to up grade all the trucks, give a safe place to work a hard day labor, and collect a good check.
We simply keep throwing money away. Tearing up employees and or equipment just cost us loads of money that could be spent buy nicer trucks and giving better wages.
Break the circle. Drive safe, work safe and shorten trip times. Let’s spend the money on new equipment and higher wages rather than to insurance companies.
